Zsuzsa Szombati is the Managing Director of Positive Presence Hungary, the intelligent image consultancy for intelligent people.
A Master of Arts from Eötvös Lórand University, Zsuzsa's working career spans both at home in Hungary (US Embassy and DBM - an outplacement firm specialising in career change and management) and Vietnam, USA and the UK.
She is the wife of the past Hungarian Ambassador to France and more recently to the UK from where she has just returned. She has always been deeply involved in promoting a positive image abroad for Hungary and understands undoubtedly that the image of a country - or an organisation, depends heavily on the image of its people.
In London, Zsuzsa met Laurel Herman, founder and Managing Director of Positive Presence UK. A successful and highly experienced businesswoman, Laurel is renowned as an objective, informed expert on all aspects of Personal and Business Image, Style Impact and Non-Verbal Behaviour. She regularly appears on TV, Radio and in the international press as a commentator and spokesperson, presents talks and seminars in the UK and abroad, is a regular columnist for the London newspaper CityAM, the author of numerous articles and a definitive book on Business Image.
Attracted initially by synergy with Laurel, she became further inspired by Positive Presence's prestigious client list and its excellence and effectiveness in the UK and more generally in the Anglo-Saxon business world. Now having trained with Laurel and her team for two years, Zsuzsa is combining its unique approach and her own innate qualities, skills and years of experience to launch Positive Presence in Budapest and eventually farther afield.
